Our Company

Energy Efficient Solutions for Your Business

Shine Brighter

ESOT began operation in 2005 in the Central Texas area. As a result of the strong testimonials from our customers and their word of mouth referrals about the savings we achieved for them, we are now bringing lighting solutions to commercial facilities around the country. We can also offer expanded services in most major markets through a network of professional electrical contractors.

Breathe Easier

In 2014, ESOT became a distributor/installer for SonicAire fans produced by Integrated Environmental Solutions of Winston-Salem, NC (iesclean.com). In 2016 IES changed its name to SonicAire, to better match the flagship products it offers, a line of technologically advanced industrial fans for combustible dust and fugitive dust. SonicAire fan systems use an advanced trademarked BarrierAire™ technology to assure continual and effective cleaning of fugitive combustible dust and lint. Our goal is to continually eliminate a buildup of combustible materials that accumulate beyond the reach of typical clean-up operations from the floor. And, by eliminating the problem, eliminate fires, potential explosions and stiff fines for non-compliance.

Our Mission

To methodically design customized solutions for every client that save lives and reduces energy consumption. Utilizing our knowledge, experience and integrity we desire to go above and beyond to provide the best world- class experience and service for every business that chooses to entrust us with their industrial safety upgrade / retrofit. In this way we shall provide an acceleration in business success for the company and safety in their workplace.

The Vision

To be a world class company delivering quality products with exceptional customer service in order to develop a long term working relationship with each client.

Energy Solutions of Texas Commitment to Health and Safety

Management Commitment

Energy Solutions of Texas is committed to proactively providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, customers, and surrounding areas we work.

Employee Orientation & Training

ESOT strives to ensure all of our employees are properly trained to meet not only our safety expectations but those of our customers as well. All employees are required to complete an orientation program containing OSHA required training and company policies that are pertinent to their job and the tasks that they will be performing. Customer specific orientation is presented to our employees prior to their placement on that customer project.

Operator Qualification Requirements

To meet our DOT Operator Qualification requirements, Energy Solutions of Texas has joined with ISNetworld to ensure that our personnel are properly trained and qualified to perform certain tasks that the client has deemed to be safety sensitive.

Drug & Alcohol Abuse Policies and Testing

Another tool in ensuring the safety of our employees as well as meeting client and industry requirements, Energy Solutions of Texas has adopted drug and alcohol abuse policies which are mandatory for all employees to follow. These policies require that all newly hired employees be tested to ensure that they are not under the effects of a controlled substance that would jeopardize their safety as well as others working around them. Random testing and reasonable cause testing programs are also in place.

All supervisory personnel undergo training which assists in enabling them to recognize and take corrective action with an employee who might be under the effect of a controlled substance and/ or alcohol.
